  1. Return Policy
    We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
    Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging. Any signs of wear or damage may result in the return request being denied.
    Return Process: Returns must be processed through our Return Center; please ensure you provide your order number and proof of purchase. Return requests can be initiated by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” page, or by contacting our customer service team directly.
    Return Fees: Unless the item is defective or does not match your order, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to use a return shipping label provided by us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
  2. Exchange Policy
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you receive an item that is not the right fit, we also offer an exchange service.
    Exchange Period: Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
    Item Condition: Items submitted for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging. Any signs of wear or damage may result in the exchange request being denied.
    Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service department to request an exchange and provide your order number. We will do our best to arrange the exchange for you and will provide a free return shipping label (applicable to domestic U.S. orders only).
    Exchange Fees: If an item needs to be exchanged due to quality issues or because it does not match your order, we will cover the costs of both the return shipping and the reshipment. If you choose to exchange an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for the costs of both the return shipping and the reshipment. We will process your exchange request as soon as possible and send you updated shipping information via email. Please note that if the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or alternative options.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover all associated costs. To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:

    Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

    Refund Amount: We will refund the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges. If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion, we will deduct the applicable shipping costs from your refund amount.
    Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable or no longer valid, we will arrange an alternative refund method and communicate the details to you.
